Acquisition of 100% of shares in Daily Spaces, UAB

Article 17(1) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 (MAR) – public disclosure of inside information

City Service SE (the “Company”) announces that it has entered into an agreement to acquire 100% of the shares in Daily Spaces, UAB, a company registered in the Republic of Lithuania under registration number 305915492 (“Daily Spaces“) (the “Acquisition”).

Daily Spaces provides comprehensive cleaning, territory maintenance and specialised cleaning services.

The Company will apply to the Competition Council of the Republic of Lithuania for the clearance required for the Acquisition. The Company will provide further information on the Acquisition, including its financial impact and integration plans, in due course.
